ARS®/Rescue Rooter® is a nationwide network of company-owned locations providing exceptional heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and sewer and drain services to homes and businesses. You can count on our courteous and professional technicians, plumbers, and home comfort advisors to provide you with exceptional service and to do each job right—the first time.

How long have you had an office in the Nashville area?
Over 40 years

How has COVID-19 impacted your business this year? How do you see it changing your business moving forward?
As an essential business, we needed to ensure we could still serve our customers 24 hours a day – safely. We provided all of our front-line workers with PPE, including masks, gloves, and training/technology for no-contact methods that would still enable them to get the job done properly. In addition, we implemented ways for our employees in the branch to work remotely, and if it was essential they needed to be in the office, required daily temperature checks and masks. Moving forward, there will still be a strong focus on customer and employee safety, as well as efficiency and teamwork.

How has Social Media played a part of your company’s business development?
Social Media has provided us an additional method to communicate with customers. The feedback we receive from social media is extremely important as we continue to strive to improve our service delivery to homeowners.

What are you most looking forward to when things return to normal?
Professionally, having more in-person interaction with our customers and employees. Personally, attending concerts and sporting events.

What is the best advice you have ever gotten?
Always keep your customers and employees at the top of your priority list; in doing so, your company will always win.
